AI Without Borders Network is a global tech diplomacy initiative that brings together a multidisciplinary group of nearly 100 experts, including tech diplomats, corporate executives, government leaders, media professionals, authors, data scientists, and PhDs from across the Global South, America, and Europe. They offer their time as volunteers to support our project.

Dr. Jean Narcisse Djaha is the Founding President & CEO of AI Without Borders Network, charged with leading the daily operations and the execution of a global initiative dedicated to transforming artificial intelligence into a force for inclusive development, ethical governance, and human-centered innovation—especially across the Global South.
